how do I pay someone with paypal?
I mean if they dont have a paypal account
I want to pay them money direct from my paypal account to them some how
What option are avalable to me
i.e Can I put money stright into there bank account from my paypal account
Can I send them some kind of e check

does the tracking number show it has been delivered or did you not send it tracked?

I sold a phone to someone on ebay. Posted it and have a reciept of postage.

The recipiant has recieved the phone but makes out he hasnt got it.

He made a paypal claim and got his money back.

The guys is a bull5s1tter but paypal is doing NOTHING to help us sellers against scammers on ebay.

Can anyone help me sort this problem out as paypal and ebay want their money.

Is it easier for me to close my accont down and open another one under different name and address etc...

Correct me if I'm wrong - but you got your money refunded AND received the shirt.

I won an item on ebay at the end of April. After I had paid I noticed that it was listing my old address as the shipping address. I immediately contacted the seller to to find out if it already been sent and to give the right address - no reply. A few days later I emailed again - no reply. Another few days, I emailed again. This time they replied telling me that, no they hadn't sent it and thanks for the correct address, it will be sent out asap. Another two weeks or so went by, nothing. So I emailed seller again. This time they replied by saying that the item had been sent back because it had gone to the wrong address. I emailed back saying I thought you hadn't sent it. By this time, nearly a month had gone by so I opened a case, which I won and got my money back. A week later I received the shirt. Now the seller keeps emailing me all the time saying they know I received the shirt and to give them the money back. I've reported them to ebay but nothing seems to have happened and they have emailed me again today demanding I pay the money, calling me a thief and a liar. Help!!!!

He refunds you & has to hope your honest & return the item?

Purchased an item that was not as described and seller has offered to refund.
This was paid by personal cheque, is it safe to send back and hope he is honest and sends payment or should i request payment before sending back.

I believe this happens when a buyer has paid using a voucher from eBay.

It's problematic to issue a partial in those cases - you can't refund part of a voucher, and what happens if the refund takes the item cost below the qualifying amount to use the voucher?

I think eBay determined that in such cases it's simple to make it an all or nothing thing.

I can't see why they'd do it to get more fees - it's a relatively rare occurrence and the extra fees would be minimal.

Good to know its not only me, I think its good not too sure. However I cant get my head around the amount of money sellers, and indeed buyers, pay ebay, for example Selling Manager Pro and listings figures etc. etc.

Sorry just a bit fed-up that I can be done by the buyer and also done by ebay.

The buyers email available is valid, but of course I didnt know that ebay had problems like this, before i led ME to have a bad negative feedback, great. The way I see it is if I have to send duplicate emails all the time, is Selling Manager Pro worth it, seems to be 'unfit for its purpose'.

Will give it a bit more time, but is making me think do I really want the hassle, and is it time to look at other ways to secure sales. By tomorrow the black cloud hanging over me may lift, and forget it even happened.
